My Serial Number Doesn’t WorkIf you downloaded the latest version of Box Shot 3D and your serial number is now rejected, there are few possible reasons. Please check below. You’ve got a serial number from the previous versionIf your serial number has 4 blocks of digits, while Box Shot 3D asks for 5, you probably have a serial number from the 2nd version of Box Shot 3D. Starting from the 3rd version Box Shot 3D uses 20-digits serial numbers and old ones don’t work. You need to uninstall the 3rd version of Box Shot 3D and download the 2nd one here, install it and register using your serial number. Please check that it runs fine. You may use the 2nd version as long as you need. However you may decide to upgrade to the 3rd version. Then you need to install the 3rd version back. At the first run it will ask for upgrade and depending on the date of purchase you will either upgrade for free or with 50% discount. You’ve entered incorrect serial numberIf the serial number has correct length but Box Shot 3D rejects it, or if the image is rendered distorted it is likely that you made a mistake while entering serial number. It is essential to enter serial number exactly as it is displayed in the e-mail you received from us. Please check the serial number in the registration window digit by digit and make sure that there are no mistakes there. Finally…If the above doesn’t help, please contact us to solve the problem. |
