As regards to dust jacket: do you have any problems with them? Just select "Book" shape, and then "Hard cover book with dust jacket" type. And just assign jacket image to "Jacket XXX" sides. That's all, exactly as with front/side/back sides of book. Will, it looks great! :)

I'll release a fixed version tomorrow, if nothing new will be found. 13 is a bad number after all :) Starting from 2.13 you can assign several images to the side and there is no space to show them all. I 'm currently looking into it and found this problem thus far (mac version): I can select "Box with curved top" and "box with hard edges", but I don't see a box, nor can I select an image.
