Lisa, check the "Angle" slider on the DVD-box settings pane. It opens DVD-box both under Mac and PC.

I'll email it to you as I can't see how to include an image in the blog.

Also, I am using the mac version and I am looking eagerly at the images in the gallery page on your site that have names like "opened dvd box" and I don't seem to have those options. Is that a MAC v PC difference or have I missed something.

Lisa, thanks for purchasing the software.

A picture costs more than a thousand words, so please give me a link to the image you want to render with Box Shot 3D.

Hi, Just bought BS3D and it's great. However, I was wanting to know about extra shapes. I am currently working on a DVD box with slipcase that fits inside that holds 10 DVDs. The slipcase has it's larger sides as triangles so you can easily reach the DVD's inside. What I'd like is a tool to create this type of box or it added to the library. What do you think?

Gijs, completely adjustable book shape is a very complex thing because of many elements connected together. It seems that I will finally create something like this, but not right now.

Right now you may read new blog post about soft cover books in 2.10. I hope this is what you want.

I'm still a sucker for only one feature:
- Adjustable 'openess' (is that a word?) of the paperback books. Our books are less flexible than the current paperback shape suggests.

The most common rendering programs call it "blurred reflection" as Greg mentioned above. I would prefer this too.
