We are yet to improve the user manual. To add tutorials and to give more light to the darkest areas of the Box Shot 3D :)
If you have something to say about help file or about using of the software, if you have ideas for new shapes, new controls or parameters - you are always welcome at support@boxshot3d.com.

As we just released 2.8, we want to sleep about a week and then start work on 2.9.

Hi
I just got hold of your cover software today and have been learning to use it.
I think the help file can be a bit more detailed from scratch for a newbie like me.

But I have to tell you I have looked at so called simple systems of ebook cover makers, and found them to be not very simple and user friendly.

Although the help file is pretty light on detail once you have got the hang of the system it is worth every cent I paid for it.

It is very late now so if you like I will submit some suggestions from a newbie point of view about the help file later

It will be nice to receive that project with all its images and the number of version you used before to support@boxshot3d.com. We need to take a look.

We'll continue adding new shapes, for the next version (2.9) we already have a list of 4 new shapes. Your will be 5th.

Thanks and feel free to share ideas and spread the word ;)

First of all: thanks! Looks cool and the brochure shape is great.

I have not found any problem using the beta, however when I load an old project it changes the stack of soft cover books to an hard cover book. I had a look at the xml and the object type is indeed "hard-book-opened", so the beta is right. However old version loads it as stack.

If I may ask for a feature, would it be possible to have the folded 2 pages brochure with inner pages? So it can look like a stapled leaflet or even a thin magazine?

Anyway keep up the good work and thanks!
